Sometimes you just end up in property, even if you don’t intend to.

This client over in St Neots unfortunately went through a bereavement and was left a house. Some people may sell it on but in this case, they decided to rent it out. However, it did require some work doing.

We completed a site visit and went through the urgent jobs that they required us for and, to save some money, they done some of the work themselves.

They needed us to rip out and fit a new bathroom and kitchen. They decided to supply their own materials and just needed us for the labour portion of the job.

We had to make some adjustments to the original plans but being open, honest and clear about WHY we needed to make these changes kept everyone involved happy and informed. Once we finished our part, the client was able to carry on with the decorating as well as a few other jobs to get it up to renting standard.
